Russia’s promising young tennis player Dinara Safina seems to be in the form of her life as she has lifted her second consecutive title in two weeks by winning the Montreal Open last Sunday by defeating Slovakian Dominika Cibulkova 6-2, 6-1 in 68 minutes. Safina seemed to be very happy about winning back to back tournaments and said that this was the first time ever that she has achieved such a feat. Now, Dinara Safina has her eyes set on winning the gold medal at the Beijing Olympics and keeping in consideration the way she has played for the past six weeks, she would be in the list of top contenders to win the gold medal.
